Goal

To be the digital partner of The Roath’s School: that the families in Lomas, Virreyes and Polanco who are choosing a preschool right now get to know the school before they decide, and that their interest turns into booked visits on a school morning.

The strategy

We don’t compete on facilities. We compete on what happens inside the classroom, which is where The Roath’s School wins and where no big school can keep up. Everything we say rests on three pillars, in Linda’s own words.

Pillar 01

“We don’t teach English. We teach in English.”

It is the strongest argument the school has, and the only one a brochure can’t fake. Video of three, four and five-year-olds thinking, playing and arguing in English, and the families whose children left here ready for the primary school they wanted.

Pillar 02

Ten children per teacher, one child at a time

Ten to a teacher isn’t a consequence of anything: it is the model. Each child follows a personal plan and moves at their own stage. We show it with real classroom life so a mother understands, in three seconds, the difference between twenty-five children and ten.

Pillar 03

Where every child blooms, since 1970

An all-inclusive school in a garden home, where it feels like going to grandma’s house, not to an institution. Gentle beginnings, lasting confidence: fifty years of the same method, the one thing a new school can’t improvise.

Scope

Strategic plan and content pillars

What the school says, which family it speaks to and what gets published each week, organized around the three pillars.

1.

Monthly content session

One photo and video session a month inside the school: classrooms, garden, teachers and activities, with the care and permissions that working with children requires. No children’s faces.

2.

Scripts and hooks

Scripts, hooks, session coordination and creative direction, so every piece has something to say and not just something to show.

3.

Content calendar

The month’s calendar delivered the month before it goes out, for your review and approval before anything is scheduled.

4.

Content creation and management

Editing, copy and scheduling on Instagram and Facebook, profile optimization and the school listed in the directories where families compare schools.

5.

Community management

Comments and direct messages answered the same day, Monday to Friday, with a reply guide agreed with you for questions about information, fees and availability.

6.

Bilingual website and visit booking

Built to measure in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, in English and Spanish. Families pick a free morning on a calendar (Monday to Thursday, one family per day), get their confirmation by email with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before. A private panel for Linda with the upcoming visits.

7.

Monthly metrics report

How many people saw the school, how many asked and how many booked a visit. What worked, what didn’t and what we adjust next month.

Notes

  • Prices are plus VAT (IVA).
  • The monthly fee has no minimum term and is billed at the start of each month.
  • Production covers one content session a month inside the school. Additional sessions, locations outside the school, talent or special equipment are quoted separately.
  • Children only appear with the written consent of their parents or guardians, which the school collects and keeps. Following the school’s policy, no child’s face is shown on the website; on social media, only with that consent.
  • The website includes 30 calendar days of corrections after the first delivery at no extra cost. After that, each adjustment costs $500 MXN.
  • The website is published under the school’s domain. If the current domain is unavailable or can’t be recovered, registering a new one is included in the hosting.
  • The visit booking system runs on the school’s own hosting, with no third-party services or subscriptions. Booking emails go out from the school’s address once its domain is set up.
  • Paid media is contracted in The Roath’s School’s name and its cost is additional to the fee.
  • Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving material, access and approvals on time; any delay shifts the calendar.
  • Costs don’t change if delivery happens before or after the estimated dates.
  • This proposal is valid until October 17, 2026.
