Recovery is the best cross-sell in the business. A cold plunge fills a room, books sessions and brings members back — with a weekly filter rinse as the whole routine. Built in East Tennessee, backed by people who answer the phone when a unit is your revenue.
Tell us about your space. Someone from Knoxville calls you back — usually the same day.

A recovery-gym membership at $60 a month, over the five years you'd own a plunge anyway. Same money, except one of them is in your garage at 5am and never raises its rate.

The Summit is the model we put in businesses: commercial-grade filtration, American-made chiller, and a routine your staff won't notice.
All-in-one · built for volume
Most people assume a cold plunge is a pool — chemicals, plumbing, a contractor. It isn't. Here is the whole truth about living with one.
Rinse the basket filter. That's the routine on the Journey and the Pursuit. The Summit uses a commercial filter, replaced monthly.
3.9 amps in normal operation. No electrician, no dedicated circuit. Two units fit on a standard 15-amp line.
Cools to roughly 37°F, though we recommend 45–55°F for recovery. Colder isn't better — we'll tell you why.
No dedicated water line. Fill it with a garden hose or by hand, and go.
Most of this category is either a brand you'll never speak to or a unit that arrived in a shipping container. When something goes wrong with one of those, you find out what support really means.
Ours are engineered and assembled in East Tennessee. When you call, someone here picks up — and they can usually diagnose it over the phone, because they've had one apart.
“Try that with a tub that came in a container.”
Why people buy from us twiceNeither. There's no dedicated water line — you fill it with a standard garden hose or by hand. It runs on a normal 120V household outlet and draws about 3.9 amps, so no new circuit is needed.
On the Journey and the Pursuit, rinse the basket filter weekly — more often if several people are plunging daily. On the Summit, the commercial-grade filter gets replaced monthly with a weekly rinse in between. That's it.
You can, but we don't recommend it. Our chillers are matched to insulated tubs. A standard bathroom tub has no insulation, so the chiller works far harder, holds temperature poorly and tends to develop condensation.
Down to roughly 37°F. For recovery we recommend running it between 45 and 55°F — colder is not automatically better, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you on a number.
Yes. Bear in mind that any inflatable loses a little air pressure over time and needs topping off now and then, especially as temperatures drop.
Free shipping, dispatched the next business day when it's in stock, with 2–5 business days in transit. If a model is out of stock, manufacturing lead time runs 2–4 weeks — and we'll tell you which it is before you pay.
Yes, through Affirm, including 0% APR options depending on eligibility. Ask us and we'll walk you through current terms for the model you're considering.
Yes, and it should be. The Summit is the model built for volume. Tell us how many people a day and how many rooms, and we'll tell you what you actually need — including when the answer is fewer units than you asked about.
No pitch deck and no pressure. A short call with someone in Knoxville who knows the product, so you can decide with real numbers in front of you.
